Ok, so my first Orchard web site is online after an extremely smooth process. 

I was listening to half of the Hanselminutes episode on WebMatrix this morning and decided I had to take this baby thing for a test run and now I have done it. 

Who is this for then? I mean, it's really, REALLY easy to set up beginning with the Web Platform Installer. I would almost want to call it fool proof. I didn't read any docs nor did I write a single line of code. So if that's your thing, maybe this is an alternative for you?
